ZBN Group Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Is a diversify company in its business nature. Our business operation is involving in:

  1. Supply of cooked Food and Beverage for mass catering.
  2. Warehouse storage facility for supply of dry goods and wet/raw products.
  3. Seafood Product Export
  4. Management and execution of construction services for building and Civil Work Engineering

We are committed to continually improving quality and proactive to protect the Health, Safety, Welfare and the Environment, which includes the health & wellbeing of every employee and those who may be involved in, or affected by any of our operations.

 

ZBN Group Holding Sdn. Bhd. are committed to comply with all our statutory QHSE obligations by:

  1. Striving to meet our customer, client and interested party’s satisfaction.
  2. Providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work related injury and ill health which aim to eliminate and reduce OS&H risk.
  3. To protect the environment and prevention of pollution which directly eliminate or reduce environment impact resulted from our business operation.
  4. Provides framework for setting QHSE objective.
  5. Comply with all applicable legal and other requirements including interested party’s specific requirements;
  6. Providing appropriate resources that support the development of a positive QHSE culture;
  7. Effective communication of QHSE information to all employees, stakeholder and interested parties;
  8. Continually improving our QHSE performance;
  9. Ensuring all employees and those working on our behalf understand their QHSE responsibilities; which they are encouraged to contribute actively towards achieving and promoting the objectives outlined in the policy.
  10. Promotes/ encourage involvement and consultation across all organisation level in QHSE implementation.

 

Our QHSE Management System is built on 7 Core Values & Principles, these are:

Leadership- through our organizational structure to ensure clear understanding and assurance that everyone is responsible for QHSE.    
 

Policy- affirming our commitment to QHSE, setting objectives and targets for all levels of the business, minimizing injuries and work-related ill health, minimizing our environmental impacts and ensuring our customer satisfaction through quality service.    
                 

Organise- by achieving and maintaining our accreditation to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP and MeSTI.
 

Risk Management- programmes identifying, assessing and controlling significant QHSE risks.   
         

Plan and Implement- procedural standards across our business identifying all operations that have associated QHSE risks to ensure they are controlled by:

  • Managing our assets and equipment responsibly to ensure they function safely, securely, compliantly, and with minimal environmental impact, whilst meeting core operational requirements to deliver the best quality service.
  • Ensuring our people are provided with the correct information and training, systems and work procedures to    ensure their safety, welfare and wellbeing.
     

Monitor and Audit- our QHSE performance by recording and reviewing our accidents, incidents and near misses, measuring our environmental impact, analysing trends, and continually improving our performance.
 

Review- this policy and the effectiveness of our management system on a regular basis.
